North Dakota Real Estate Pre-Licensure Program

This program meets the requirements for the 45 hours of pre-licensing education and is approved by the North Dakota Real Estate Commission. It prepares individuals to sit for the real estate salesperson licensing exam and prepare you for a new exciting career in real estate. The program provides participants with real estate fundamentals and knowledge. It is based on the books, Modern Real Estate Practice and North Dakota Real Estate License Law and Administrative Rule. The program is taught by the Real Estate Education Group, LLC which incorporates local experts. With various instructors, this program will be educational and interactive.

NOTE: You must be a North Dakota resident to participate in this program.

2018 session will be held at the Wingate Hotel; 4429 19th  Avenue Southwest; Fargo, ND. 

Meals are at participants own expense.

Participants must be present for all of the sessions and times they meet. If you miss any portion of the program, you will not receive the necessary certificate needed to sit for the real estate salesperson exam. Participants must score at least 70% on the final exam.

The $699 course fee includes all materials and books required. Books and course materials will be mailed to participants prior to the start of the session registered for.

Note: it is strongly recommended that you come to the course prepared. Reviewing the books prior to the class is essential. You should be somewhat familiar with all terms and concepts prior to entering this class to attain the maximum effect.

Refund Policy:
A written request must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to the start of the session you have registered for to be eligible for a $500 refund. No refunds will be issued after this time frame, however you may choose to move your registration to the next session offered, if space is available.

Review Session: A minimum $20 processing fee will be assessed per person for cancellations received after registering for the course. Refunds are not issued after the start of the course or after access to the course has been provided.
