Registration for the 2017 ND ASD Conference is now closed. CEU certificates will be sent via email by November 30, 2017. 

Continuing Education Units

The following is a list of the CEUs available.

Individuals should check with their own governing boards in advance regarding their particular CEU requirements/applicability.

P.O.S.T (Peace Officer Standards Training): 
This conference is approved by the North Dakota Peace Officers Standards Training. Please report your conference attendance at the registration table. 

ND Marriage and Family Therapist: These courses have been approved by the North Dakota Marriage and Family Therapy Licensure Board for up to 15.75 hours of CEU credit.” “One hour” means at least 50 minutes spent as a student in direct participation in a structured educational format. 

Counselors: This conference is approved by the North Dakota Board of Counselor Examiners for a maximum of 15.00 contact hours. 

Occupational Therapists: This conference is approved by the North Dakota State Board of Occupational Therapy Practice for a maximum of 15.50 contact hours.

General CEU: 
General CEU's provided by Continuing Education Associates for a maximum of 1.50 CEUs, equivalent 15.00 contact hours.

UND Graduate Professional Development Credit: 
This conference has been approved for 1 graduate professional development credit through the University of North Dakota. In addition to the conference fee, there will be an extra fee of $95 assessed for the credit. Please note, you will be required to attend a minimum of 12 hours of conference sessions. Please be certain you have registered for at least 2 days of the conference, review the syllabi and attend approved sessions. To register for credit, please click here.

ND Social Workers:
This conference is approved by the North Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners for a maximum of 15.5 contact hours. 

Nursing 
Contact hours are approved by the Board of Social Work Examiners, which are also recognized by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. The North Dakota Board of Nursing requires that nurses retain this certificate for at least 4 years.

Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology: 
This conference is approved by the North Dakota State Board of Examiners on Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology for a maximum of 15.00 contact hours towards 2018 licensure.
