ASD Conference Registration


The Anne Carlsen Center invites you to attend the 4th Annual Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference scheduled for October 18-20, 2017 at Delta Hotel (formerly Ramada Plaza and Suites) in Fargo, ND.  This is an event intended to educate parents, therapists, teachers, physicians, medical professionals, and first responders about autism.

The Ann Carlsen Center invites you to attend the 2017 ND Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference scheduled for October 18-20, 2017 at the Delta Hotel in Fargo, ND.  This event is designed to bring parents, individuals on the spectrum, and professionals together to learn more about ASD.

We hope you will be able to attend the conference in its entirety; if not, please consider attending one or two days, if possible.  Each day is self-contained and will offer you the opportunity to be part of the important discussion.

To encourage North Dakota residents of children diagnosed with ASD or adults on the spectrum, the Autism Services Division will offer reduced registration fees. A limited number of lodging stipends may be available for North Dakota residents traveling more than 50 miles (one way). The stipend would cover 1-nights lodging (Wednesday, October 18th) for those that qualify.

If you qualify for a lodging stipend:

Ask for the ND Autism Spectrum Disorders Conference block. One nights (Wednesday, October 18th) lodging will be billed to the Conference IF you follow the guidelines below:

You must make your own reservations at the hotel listed above.  The number of rooms is limited and on a first come first served basis.  If you choose to stay at another hotel, you will be responsible for your own lodging expenses.

Lodging will be covered for Wednesday, October 18th – ONLY.  Additional nights are at your own expense.

When making reservations, you MUST guarantee the room with a credit card.  Continuing Education Associates cannot guarantee rooms for late arrival.  If you are unable to attend the conference and fail to cancel your room reservations, you will be responsible for the costs.

If you are sharing a room with another stipend recipient, please make sure your reservations are under both names. If you are bringing a non-qualifying guest, you will be responsible for the difference in the room charge. Also, if you upgrade your room, you will be responsible for any additional charges.

Payment for any incidentals (i.e. phone charges, room service, movies, etc.) are your responsibility.

Mileage and meals (except for those provided during the conference) will be your responsibility.

You must be a North Dakota resident.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum $20 processing fee will be assessed per person for cancellations received after registering for the course. Refunds are not issued after the start of the course or after access to the course has been provided. Please e-mail CEA at cea@continuingeducationassociates.com to request to cancel your completed registration.
